Restaurant Setup & Launch Consulting

Plan the launch.
Build for the everyday.

For founders opening a restaurant, café, QSR or cloud kitchen, the decisions made before opening shape how the business runs afterwards. Restavision connects the concept, menu, kitchen workflow and opening plan so your team has a practical route to launch.

What we can help with.

Kitchen flow and equipment

Map receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, service and dispatch. Prepare equipment requirements and BOQs around the menu and capacity, with specialist design and installation coordinated as needed.

Technology can be planned as part of pre-opening itself—POS, billing, KDS, aggregator integration, inventory systems, CRM, loyalty, reporting dashboards and digital checklists—so systems are ready before launch rather than added later.

Launch coordination

Bring menu trials, vendor coordination, staffing preparation and readiness checks into a working opening plan. Identify dependencies so purchasing and training happen in the right sequence.

As the concept moves toward launch, menu engineering and food costing can be integrated into the setup process to align recipes, pricing and margins before opening.

Opening readiness

Create role-based checks, trial-service observations and an action list for handover. Give the team a clear view of what is ready and what still needs attention.

Pre-opening readiness also connects directly with operations and SOP consulting for checklists, operating routines, team responsibilities and training systems.

What to bring.

Share your proposed format, city, site plan if available, menu direction, budget range and target opening date. If you have not selected a site, tell us which decisions are still open.

How we work.

We first clarify the concept and constraints, then agree deliverables and responsibilities. Planning is followed by coordination, trials and a readiness review. The scope can cover the full launch or a specific planning stage.

Fees and timelines depend on the agreed deliverables, outlet count, information available and on-site support required. A free consultation helps establish the scope.

Questions before we begin.

Can you help before I take a site?

Yes. Format and operating requirements can be discussed before a site is selected. A site-specific kitchen plan needs the actual layout and relevant technical inputs.

Does this include construction and licences?

Design and build support and licensing facilitation can be included in the agreed scope. Construction, statutory approvals and specialist fees are scoped separately with the relevant providers.

How long does a launch engagement take?

It depends on site readiness, format, menu complexity and the work required. We agree a schedule after reviewing those inputs rather than promising a fixed opening date.
